- Z Bond
- In this kind of bond, the interest is not paid, but accumulated and added to the principal balance. The interest becomes payable only after all previous bond classes have been satisfied. The investor is not paid the interest immediately but at a later date after the interest has accreted. It is also called an accretion bond or accrual bond.
