Navy Federal Credit Union has a refer-a-friend program through which it offers 4.09% APY.

You can get the cash incentive for referring a friend to the credit union. To qualify for the offer, the friend will have to open an account with the credit union and meet its requirements for two consecutive months.

Mission Federal Credit Union is offering $50 if a friend you refer creates a checking account with it and maintains it for 90 days.
