Money Market Investor Funding Facility – MMIFF

MMIFF was created by Federal Reserve board in 2008 to encourage institutional investors towards longer term investments. It aids provision of liquidity to money market investors. Funding is provided via SPVs (special purpose vehicles) by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
