Rosedale Federal Savings and Loan is offering 2.25% APY on 60 month CDs. The rate can be availed on a deposit of at least $500.
To qualify to buy the certificate of deposit, savers should be residents of Maryland. They are required to purchase the CD in person from one of the four branches the bank has in Baltimore, or from those in White Marsh, Forest Hill, Bel Air and Abingdon.
