Reliant Bank in Brentwood, Tennessee, is offering an interest rate of 2.00% on its youth savings account. This rate is 0.75% higher than the top nationally available savings rate.

You have to be below 20 years of age to be eligible for this account. Only $25 is required to initially open the account, but there are no minimum and maximum balance constraints.
