Michigan Credit Union Offering 2.50% APY on 60-Month CDs

Western Michigan Credit Union is celebrating the inauguration of a couple of new branches by offering a healthy 2.50% APY on its 60-month CDs. The minimum deposit for this CD is $10,000.

It is also offering 1.25% APY on 7-month CDs for the same minimum deposit of $10,000. This 7-month CD rate is half a percentage point higher than the top nationally available 6-month CD rate.
