Wilshire State Bank has a Rainbow Savings Account through which savers can get up to 2.79% APY.

There are a few installment accounts that you will have to opt for to earn the rate. First, a savings goal of $20,000, $10,000, $5,000 or $1,000 will have to be selected. Next, you will have to choose the term in which you want to reach the goal. Following this, you will have to make a monthly deposit and after the last one, you can collect the goal amount.
