1.35% APY Savings Account at Readysaver and Hudson City Savings Bank

Hudson City Savings and Readysaver are both offering 1.35% APY on their savings accounts.

Readysaver is operated by Southern Community Bank and Trust who are out of North Carolina. You don’t need to go to a physical location to open an account you can do it right online. In fact you must apply online to earn the 1.35% APY otherwise you will only earn only .15% APY!

There are no no minimum deposits required by Readysaver and no fee’s on the savings account which is rare for this type of offer.

Hudson City Savings is based in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Same deal as with Readysaver you can apply online. You may also want to check out their CD rates.

Hundson City has a few catches which include a $2,500 dollar minimum and a $2.00 per month service fee when your balance falls below $100.00.
