Old Florida National Bank, is offering 3.04% APY on its Optimum Checking accounts. The highest rate is available on balances less than $25,000.

The bank does not ask for minimum deposit to open an account and you need not have certain amount in the account to get interest. You will have to meet your monthly checking requirements to get the top rate.
