T-Mobile Adding 100k New Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) iPhone Users Per Month

Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) iPhone owners are flocking to T-Mobile USA at the rate of 100,000 new accounts per month bringing the total iPhone user base of T-Mobile USA to 1.9 million according to TmoNews.

I want to clarify that I’m not sure if these are new iPhone accounts or existing iPhone owners because this is breaking news. I’m going to bet it’s the latter since T-Mobile hasn’t made an announcement that they are selling Apple products yet.

“With the numbers Legere mentioned, it’s easy to imagine that T-Mobile is eager to get their “Apple Product” deal rolled out as soon as possible. Legere further mentioned that the company currently serves 1.9 million iPhone devices and is adding 100k new devices every month.”

Apple iPhoneDecember 6th 2012 Deutsche Telekom CEO Rene Obermann announced that T-Mobile USA would start selling Apple products in 2013.

No other announcements have been released by T-Mobile with a specific date that Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) products would be available to purchase. T-Mobile is currently the only one of the four top cellular phone carries (Verizon, AT&T, Sprint) that doesn’t sell Apple products.
