Melrose Credit Union has cut down the rates for all its CDs and is now paying 1.96% APY for its 60-month CDs. The rate offered before this cut was 2.17%.
Similarly, they have reduced the rates of 36-month CDs to 1.46% (from 1.76%), 24-month CDs to 1.21% (from 1.36%) and 12-month CDs to 0.95% (from 1.10%). The minimum deposit for all these CDs is fixed at $5,000.
