The deal can be purchased by savers in New Jersey. It is better than the top rate offered nationally. To buy the certificates of deposit, you will have to visit one of the six branches the bank has in Vineland, Mullica Hill, Elmer, Cumberland, Gibbstown, Bridgeton and the counties of Salem and Gloucester.
