This rate manages to just top the 0.75% APY offered by five other banks: H&R Block, Goldwater Bank, Virtual Bank, Nexity and Hudson City Savings. No restrictions are imposed by these credit unions and banks on who can purchase their certificates of deposit – online and via mail.
